About Me

Jess Morton is a Toronto-based bartender with an avid interest in mixology, a self-proclaimed beer expert, and a craft beer lover (no $1 beer here). She has a Bartending Certificate from Cocktail Camp, a San Francisco-based bartending school, run by Rohini Moradi – Cocktail Queen.

Jess currently works at Infuse Cafe Bar in downtown Toronto. Infuse Cafe Bar is a cocktail bar that utilizes high quality loose leaf teas into their menu, with tea-infused spirits and house-made tea syrups.
